Shut It!

This fascinating book’s a collaborative effort by a large number of people involved in the July 2005 anti-G8 demonstrations in Scotland. Everyone interested in the demos, whether you were there or not, will find this a very interesting read, as much which was unreported or which went missed as people were spread across a wide area, passed even the most active participant by. Although there are some aspects that could have received more coverage in Shut Them Down, this is by far the best and most rounded account you’re likely to see.
